Splitting the Duties

There have been times when a married couple had actually kept their own auto insurance policies because it worked out to be cheaper in a long run. Let's say you do get married, with the many changes you go through as a couple for the first year just by getting accustomed to each other and the true habits you had been hiding before the “I Do's” you should both sit down and come to a meeting of the minds so there is an understanding as to who will take care of what responsibilities in the home. Many times when people get married they make the assumption the other person has taken the lead. The same thing may apply to the other person in the marriage.

Purchasing a New Vehicle

When it comes time for you to buy that new car that you have finally been able to save for you need to make sure you are in a position to cover all the expenses. Some people are led to believe that if they walk onto a dealership's parking lot that all they have to do it pick a car, sign the papers, and drive off the lot. No one thinks about auto insurance, license plates, registration, gap insurance or even a protection plan for the paint and under carriage.

Even though the holidays and birthdays come once a year as people get older you often wonder what to get them. As we get older we go out and get what we want and buy it no matter what time of year it is. When you are looking at the younger ones and they gifts they are looking for then they have their sights on something that is either technologically challenging to you or something to eat. Parents Living Six Months in Two different States

We always think that it would be nice to be able to live six months a year at two different locations. The first six in New York and this would be May 1^st through October 14^th.  The second six months in Florida during the months stating Oct 15^th through March 31^st.  Everyone knows you try not to travel on April fool’s day; it was something that their parents had always told them without a real reason other than it was a day to have fun.  They always chalked it up to the season changing from winter to spring and you would miss the last frost if you waited until after the 1^st.  Another reason is the claimed residency in Florida and needed to spend a few more days there every year.  The automobile insurance rates were cheaper.
