If there is one thing that is consistent with the driving in this world it is the traffic signs. When the younger children age fifteen and above start preparing for his learners permit we start the memorization of signs. For this reason, we always state although the speed limits may always change in the various states and highways the traffic signs and shapes will remain the same. If you see an octagon shape, even if you did not see the word “stop” printed on it you would know that it was a stop sign. The upside down triangle is the yield sign and so forth.

If everyone has a goal it is as a child that turns fifteen to get to sixteen so that they can go to the Department of Motor Vehicles to apply and take their learner's permit test. Once the six months have passed and they have driven on the road with a licensed adult they can apply to take the road test to get their license. In some states you can apply earlier. Then what do you do with your license once you have it? Have you really given any thought past the first year of what the advantages are of having a license to drive a vehicle? Probably not so let's look at a few of them. You do need to be aware of the auto insurance that is required for you to be able to drive.

In the car, as you have made it through the first hundred miles to parent's house and you only have another hundred to go. You figure you are at the half way mark and so far the three children in back ranging from one to five have not been that difficult to travel with so far. When they changed the car seat laws and you now have to keep them in a car or jump seat until they are eight years or a hundred pounds, it sure is making the back seat a little tighter for the three little riders.

The one thing that I remember growing up and reading all the driving material is when you come to a stop sign the person to your right has the right of way. It is funny the things you remember. To this day anytime I come to a stop sign it does not matter if it is a one, two, three, or four ways stop sign block the person that gets there first has the right to go first and if you all get there at the same time then the person on the right has the right of way.
